Daylight savings occurs every second Sunday in the month of March and the first Sunday in November. I am sure you've heard of the term "Spring Forward," meaning you will be losing an hour of sleep this month... real tragic for those who love their sleep like I do. Luckily for me, I live in Arizona and for some odd reason in this state, we don't participate in daylight savings... time stays the same year-round over here.
I don't know about you but I've always been so confused when it comes to daylight savings... I am never sure when I am supposed to set my clocks back an hour or forward. Luckily, we live in the 20th century, so our cellphones do the majority of the work for us!
